Improving or maintaining a physical and mental fitness requires effort and time.

Personal training is a combination of:

  • Aerobic, anaerobic and strength exercises
  • Boxercise
    Exercises inspired by boxing, kickboxing and other martial arts. There is no personal combat involveded. The main objective is to exercise by using basic punches and kicks. A great way to improve strength, stamina and relieve stress.

    Natural, functional training in the purest form
  • Circuit training Combination of aerobic and strength building exercises.
  • Breathing and relaxation exercises
  • Stretching and toning exercises
